廿年来炼钢原理和设备均取得很大的发展,生产工艺理应随之而改进。但是国内不少钢厂的电炉冶炼工艺仍保持着五十年代的水平,致使电能消耗高、产量低、成本高而且质量也未能进一步得到改善。抚顺钢厂与北京钢铁学院合作对原工艺进行了改革,在保证质量的前提下,缩短了冶炼时间,降低了吨钢电耗和成本。今后,如能采用超高功率电炉和炉外精炼技术(炉外精炼正在试验中),电炉生产的技术经济指标肯定会进一步大幅度地提高。现仅就工艺改革中的几个问题讨论于后。
In the past 20 years, the principle and equipment of steel making have made great progress, and the production process should be improved accordingly. However, many domestic steelmaking furnace smelting process still maintained the level of the fifties, resulting in high power consumption, low output, high cost and quality has not been further improved. Fushun Steel and Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel co-operation on the reform of the original process, to ensure the quality of the premise, reducing the smelting time and reduce the electricity consumption per ton of steel and costs. In the future, if the use of ultra-high-power electric furnace and furnace refining technology (furnace refining is being tested), technical and economic indicators of electric furnace production will certainly be further significantly increased.
