随着我国建筑行业的不断发展,房屋建筑工程也在陆续增多。在现阶段的房屋建筑施工中,一些容易在建筑过程中所被忽视的问题也逐渐显现。由于这些问题的出现,对整个房屋建筑施工质量造成了相应的危害,同样也对后期建筑项目投入使用以后的质量及安全问题产生影响,直接导致工程施工单位的经济效益受到损失。所以,怎样快速的解决房建施工中存在的施工问题,成为目前房屋建筑行业所必须注意的。本文主要针对房屋建筑工程中的施工技术及经常出现的问题进行了详细的分析。
With the continuous development of China’s construction industry, housing construction projects are also gradually increasing. In the current stage of building construction, some problems that are easily overlooked in the construction process are also gradually emerging.
