应泰国的邀请,笔者随北京农业大学综合考察团,于1989年1月5～24日对泰国果树生产进行了考察,现将泰国的落叶果树生产情况简介如下。泰国位于东南亚,北自北纬20°～6°,除北部山区外,均为热带季风气候。北部山区以清迈市为例,气候可分为三季:冷季为10月下旬至2月底,平均温度21℃,最冷为12月至1月;热季为3月初至5月底,平均30℃,最热为4月;雨季为6月初至10月底,平均25.5℃,最湿的月份为9月。
