喀什地区叶城县双语教育是整个喀什地区双语教育的缩影。文章通过实际调查,从叶城县双语教学类型、中小学双语教师的现状、双语教材使用情况以及对双语教学认识的态度四个方面阐述了叶城县双语教学的基本情况,指出这一地区双语教学中的现存问题,并对其根源作了梳理和分析。文章认为叶城县双语教学应广泛宣传,以加强统一认识;要从基础教育薄弱环节抓起,以促进双语教学质量提高;加强双语教学之“学”的研究与经验推广;同时还应针对社会环境与语言环境之间的密切联系提出发展双语教育的对策和建议。
The bilingual education in Yecheng County in Kashi Prefecture is a microcosm of bilingual education in Kashi Prefecture as a whole. Based on the actual investigation, the article expounds the basic situation of bilingual teaching in Yecheng County from four aspects: the bilingual teaching in Yecheng County, the current situation of bilingual teachers in primary and secondary schools, the usage of bilingual teaching materials and the attitude towards bilingual teaching. The existing problems in teaching, and its roots were analyzed and analyzed. The article holds that bilingual teaching in Yecheng County should be widely publicized so as to reinforce the common understanding. It is necessary to start from the weaknesses of basic education in order to promote the improvement of bilingual teaching quality, to strengthen the research and experience extension of bilingual teaching, and at the same time Aiming at the close relationship between social environment and language environment, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for developing bilingual education.
