介绍了低碳合金渗碳钢齿坯预热处理工艺的现状 ,讨论了钢件的正火组织和硬度对切削加工性能及渗碳淬火变形的影响 ,提出应推广应用等温正火技术以改进齿坯预热处理质量。

The present situation of preheating treatment of low carbon alloy carburized steel gear blanks was introduced. The influence of normalizing structure and hardness of steel on cutting performance and carburizing and quenching deformation was discussed. It was suggested that isothermal normalizing technique should be popularized to improve tooth Billet preheat treatment quality.
