在经历了25年的资源积累、经济结构调整和社会融合,长三角地区的综合能力已足以影响国家经济社会发展的整体格局。国内外产业投资、技术成果和信息在这里集聚,城市的版图在迅速地向乡村延伸,资本的本性在这里得以充分发挥和张扬,市场一体化趋势正在淡化传统的行政区隔。这些充满经济活力的因素将众多世俗的目光集中到了这个约占国土面积百分之一的三角空间。于是便有了诸多关于长三角的话题,诸如商务成本、地区合作、上海如何创造新的竞争优势等,一时间形成了热性循环。
