本文对楔形过渡区进行了分析,以使对称载荷回转薄壁壳体得到等强度和最小重量,并获得它的设计准则。分析方法是对“洛夫”一次近似薄壳理论的有限差分解,用大型数字计算机进行计算。本文对具有下列几种封头形状的园筒形压力容器的转变过渡区进行了研究:1、半球形顶盖;2、最小重量的等壁厚的环球形顶盖;3、2:1椭球形顶盖。所研究的过渡区的曲率半经与壁厚之比为100~200:1。因此,分析得出的结论将适用于可以应用线性弹性薄壁理论的各种薄壁几何形状。
In this paper, the wedge transition zone was analyzed to obtain symmetric load thin walled shell to obtain the same strength and minimum weight, and to obtain its design criteria. The method of analysis is a finite difference solution to the first-order approximation shell theory of “Love”, which is calculated by a large digital computer. In this paper, the transitional transition zone of a cylindrical pressure vessel with the following head shapes has been studied: 1, hemispherical cap; 2, Spherical cover. The ratio of the curvature half of the transition zone studied to the wall thickness is 100-200: 1. Therefore, the conclusions drawn from the analysis will apply to the various thin wall geometries to which the linear elastic thin wall theory can be applied.
