2007年10月27日至28日,在新《公司法》颁布两周年之际,“全国法院公司法理论与实践论坛——诉讼视野下的公司法”在江苏省常州市召开。最高人民法院副院长奚晓明、中国证监会副主席桂敏杰,江苏省、常州市有关领导出席会议。来自全国的公共司法审判和研究领域的法官、学者一百余人济济一堂,从诉讼的角度出发,就新公司法颁布两年来反映出的问题展开深入的、高水平的研讨。
From October 27 to October 27, 2007, on the second anniversary of the promulgation of the new Company Law, the “Law on Company Law and Practice in National Courts of the Company - Company Law in the Perspective of Litigation” was held in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Xi Xiaoming, vice president of the Supreme People’s Court, Gui Minjie, vice chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission, relevant leaders of Jiangsu Province and Changzhou City attended the meeting. More than 100 judges and scholars from public judicial adjudication and research fields across the country gathered in more than 100 people to conduct in-depth and high-level discussions on the issues reflected in the two years since the promulgation of the new Company Law from the perspective of litigation.
