本文研究了Fe3Al金属间化合物的电学性能结果表明,二元Fe3Al有很高的电阻率:二元Fe3Al的电阻率与Al含量有关;合金化可进一步提高Fe3Al的电阻率在20—1100℃范围内.发现Fe3Al的电阻率在某些温度区内存在反常现象,对这一现象本文进行了理论分析.
In this paper, the electrical properties of Fe3Al intermetallic compounds were studied. The results show that binary Fe3Al has a high resistivity: the resistivity of binary Fe3Al is related to the content of Al; alloying can further increase the resistivity of Fe3Al in the range of 20-1100 ℃ . It is found that the resistivity of Fe3Al is anomalous in some temperature regions, and the theoretical analysis of this phenomenon is made.
