案件背景:原告王践诉称,其于2000年9月5日购买位于双流县西航开发区机场路南洋馨园A-12房屋,2000年10月23日,被告双流县房产管理局向原告颁发了双权字第0065783号房屋所有权证。2001年8月,双流县房产管理局根据王英伟的申请将该房屋更名为王英伟,并向王英伟颁发了双权字第0076464号房屋所有权证。原告知道后向双流县房产管理局提出异议,请求注销颁发给王英伟的A-12号房屋的所有权证,将A-12号房屋重新登记于原告名下。2002年11月22日,双流县规划建设管理局作出双规建管局发[2002]187号《关于注销西航开发区南洋馨园A-12号双权
Case Background: Plaintiff Wang Pun claimed that on September 5, 2000, it purchased the A-12 house at Nanyang Xinyuan, Airport Road, Xiluo Development Zone, Shuangliu County. On October 23, 2000, the defendant Shuangliu County Real Estate Administration informed the plaintiff Issued a double-word No. 0065783 building ownership certificate.
