目的对22种唑类化学合成药的抗真菌活性进行筛选,找到其中体外抑真菌效果好的合成药物。方法采用的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)测定方法是依据美国国家临床试验标准国际委员会(NCCLS)推荐的M27-A和M38-A方案的微量液体稀释法。由于真菌生长缓慢,特别是丝状真菌,为获得更准确的MIC值,本实验培养时间为70~74h。结果 22种唑类化学合成药对受试10种真菌均表现出了良好的抑菌效果。其中除对热带假丝酵母菌的抑菌活性不明显外,对其余9种受试真菌均表现出抑菌活性且很多效果都优于阳性对照药氟康唑。结论微量稀释法可用于筛选化学合成药抑真菌活性。
OBJECTIVE To screen the antifungal activity of 22 azole chemosynthetic drugs and find out the synthetic drugs with good fungicidal effect in vitro. The method used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was based on the microdilution method of the M27-A and M38-A protocols recommended by the National Committee for Clinical Trials Standards (NCCLS). Due to the slow growth of fungi, especially filamentous fungi, in order to obtain more accurate MIC value, the experiment culture time is 70 ~ 74h. Results Twenty-two kinds of azole synthetic drugs showed good antibacterial activity against the 10 tested fungi. Among them, except Candida tropicalis, the bacteriostasis activity was not obvious, and the other nine tested fungi showed antibacterial activity and many of them were better than the positive control drug fluconazole. Conclusion Microdilution method can be used to screen the antibacterial activity of chemosynthetic drugs.
