Our editorial department was informed that the results of the first national Nd: YAG laser crystal quality assessment organized by the State Science and Technology Commission of New Technology Bureau were announced at the Seventh National Laser Crystal Symposium held in Lushan, Jiangxi Province on October 19, 1986.
