党中央、国务院高度重视职业病防治工作,在各级政府的领导下,职业卫生工作有了长足的进步,但由于各方面的原因,全国各地的职业卫生工作发展不平衡,特别是贫困地区。贫困地区多为老、少、边、穷的山区,自然条件恶劣,基础设施薄弱、工农业缺乏竞争力和自我发展能力。在当前经济发展中,职业卫生管理存在很多的问题,需要各方面的不懈努力,寻找出一条贫困地区职业卫生工作的对策。
The Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Under the leadership of all levels of government, great progress has been made in occupational health work. However, due to various reasons, occupational health work has been unevenly developed throughout the country, especially in poor areas. Poverty areas are mostly old, few, marginal and poor mountainous areas with poor natural conditions, weak infrastructure and a lack of competitiveness and self-development capability in agriculture and industry. In the current economic development, there are many problems in occupational health management, which require the tireless efforts of all quarters to find a solution to occupational health work in poor areas.
