2007年,受总体物价水平、生产成本和季节变化以及出口变动的影响,所统计的全市7大农产品批发市场蔬菜、肉禽蛋、水产、水果、粮油价格出现不同程度的升降波动。与2006年相比,各类农产品平均价格变化升降互现,部分农产品平均价格仍在高位运行。与2006年相比,10类农产品的加权平均价格均上升,蔬菜、白条猪、牛肉、整羊、白条鸡、箱鸡蛋、淡水鱼、东北大米、富强粉和食用油等分别上升了1.9%、56.2%、27.2%、35.4%、19.3%、30.8%、8.3%、2.9%、8.4%和41%。其中,蔬菜、白条猪、牛肉、整羊、白条鸡、箱鸡蛋、东北大米和食用油等十类农产品的加权平均价格均为6年来历史同期最高值。从批发市场多年行情变化规律和近期行情变化情况,以及总体生产、消费趋势分析,预计2008年,如果气候较好,蔬菜行情为中等年份,如果气候不利,蔬菜行情为偏高年份;白条猪价格会有所松动;牛肉和整羊价格仍属于偏高年份;白条鸡和箱鸡蛋价格比2007年下降;淡水鱼和色拉油上半年价格比2007年同期会有所上涨。
