战略性新兴产业对于推动我国整体经济实力、带动整个社会经济发展全局具有重大影响。通过对战略性新兴产业发展实际情况的分析,发现其对信息资源服务的强烈需求。因此本文从国内外战略性新兴产业的信息资源服务管理方面的研究成果出发,评价了目前我国在战略性新兴产业信息资源服务创新方面的能力以及存在的利弊,同时探讨已有的几种服务模式,进行理论分析,从而提出了符合我国国情的信息资源服务创新模式,提升我国战略性新兴产业的竞争力。
The strategic emerging industries have a significant impact on promoting the overall economic strength of our country and driving the overall social and economic development. Through the analysis of the actual situation of strategic emerging industries, we find that there is a strong demand for information resources services. Therefore, based on the research results of information resources service management in strategic emerging industries at home and abroad, this paper evaluates the current capabilities and existing advantages and disadvantages of China’s information service innovation in strategic emerging industries. At the same time, it discusses several existing service models , Make theoretical analysis, and put forward the innovation mode of information resources service in line with China’s national conditions so as to enhance the competitiveness of China’s strategic emerging industries.
