冷拉钢筋是我国当前预应力钢筋主要钢种之一。钢筋经过冷拉,屈服点提高,长度增加,可节约钢材,同时还可以完成调直、除锈及材质、接头质量考验工作。采用预应力冷拉钢筋,是在目前推广预应力混凝土技术中,解决高强钢筋供不应求的一项重要措施。因此,在今后一个时期内,冷拉钢筋仍会是我国预应力钢筋主要品种之一。
Cold-drawn steel is one of the major steel types of prestressed steel bars in China. After the steel bars are cold-drawn, the yield point is increased and the length is increased, which can save steel materials. At the same time, it can also complete the work of straightening, derusting, and quality testing of joints. The use of prestressed cold-drawn steel bars is an important measure to solve the problem of the shortage of high-strength steel bars in the current promotion of prestressed concrete technology. Therefore, in the coming period, cold-drawn steel bars will still be one of the main varieties of prestressed steel bars in China.
