三尖瓣闭锁是三尖瓣先天性闭锁,伴有右心室发育不良的一种先天性心血管畸形。其右心房血液的唯一流出道是房间交通(房间隔缺损或未闭卵园孔)。此病约占先天性心脏病的1～3％。我院于1978年1月至1980年5月共收治本病 8例,占同期收治先天性心脏病599例总数的1.3％。按Edwards,Keith分类,属于Ⅰb型者4例,Ⅱb型者4例。此8例均经心导管检查及心血管造影确诊,其中2例并经手术证实。 一、临床资料 1.一般资料:男5例,女3例。7例年龄在8
Tricuspid atresia is a congenital attrition of the tricuspid valve with congenital cardiovascular malformations of right ventricular dysplasia. The only outflow tract of the right atrial blood is room traffic (atrial septal defect or closed oval hole). The disease accounts for about 1 to 3% of congenital heart disease.
