为明确感染南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus,SRBSDV)水稻对非介体褐飞虱取食行为的影响,在人工气候室通过刺探电位监测技术对褐飞虱在感染SRBSDV水稻植株和健康水稻植株上的取食行为进行持续监测和比较分析。结果表明,与对照相比,在感染SRBSDV水稻植株上取食的褐飞虱其取食路径波Nc(N2+N3)(口针在维管束组织移动)的总持续时间显著延长了116.69%,Nc(N2+N3)波形持续时间占总监测时间的百分数也显著提高了100.42%;而口针刺探次数和刺探时间、在韧皮部及木质部取食次数和持续时间等均无显著差异。表明水稻感染SRBSDV后对褐飞虱的取食行为影响不大,仅显著延长了其到达取食位点的时间。
In order to determine the effect of southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) on the feeding behavior of non-Mediated Nilaparvata lugens (Nilaparvata lugens (Nilaparvata lugens)) in the artificial climate chamber, Feeding behavior on healthy rice plants was continuously monitored and compared. The results showed that the total duration of feeding path wave Nc (N2 + N3) (stoma movement in the vascular bundle) of the N. lugens fed on SRBSDV rice plants significantly prolonged by 116.69%, Nc ( N2 + N3) waveforms accounted for 100.42% of the total monitoring time. There was no significant difference in the times and durations of phoria and phobia in phloem and xylem. The results showed that the infection of rice plant with SRBSDV had little effect on the feeding behavior of N. lugens and only prolonged the time of reaching the feeding site.
