On July 21, the sudden heavy rain in Beijing is said to be the biggest rainstorm in 61 years. We have seen the grassroots providing free places for strangers via microblogging and stranded passengers who have been sent to the airport for their own flights. We have also heard criticisms of various voices in the disaster. In this year of Olympic Games, China and the last year of the Beijing Olympic Games have seen their way through time. The ways in which people are concerned about problems and behaviors are completely different. For the Chinese, it is enough for a four-year turnaround. However, the stock index has been almost in place for the past four years and its valuation has once again bottomed out.
