In order to explore the ecological relationship between environmental factors and grasshopper community, path analysis, typical correlation and stepwise regression of double screening were used in this study. Fifteen environmental factors (including 8 plant community parameters) were used as independent variables. Seven locusts The community parameters were dependent variables, and the quantitative analysis of the ecological effects caused by environmental factors, especially the changes in the structure and composition of plant communities, on the grasshopper community and the interaction among various factors. The results showed that grasshopper species diversity was positively correlated with environmental dryness and plant community complexity, negatively correlated with plant community vertical hierarchy complexity, and community dominance positively correlated with vegetation cover. Different locust species had different effects on different types Grassland selectivity is different. In summary, in the selection of plant communities by locusts, habitat conditions formed by plant community structures play a more important role than plant types.
