目的:探索胃康宁胶囊调节功能性消化不良(FD)胃肠感觉过敏的作用机制。方法:以FD大鼠为实验对象,分为正常组、模型组和胃康宁组。用免疫组化法观察各组大鼠胃窦黏膜降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及P物质(substance P,SP)的影响。结果:模型组大鼠胃窦CGRP和SP阳性神经元表达较正常组明显减少(P<0.01);胃康宁组CGRP和SP阳性神经元表达明显高于模型组(P<0.01),且与正常组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:胃康宁胶囊对功能性消化不良大鼠的治疗作用与调节胃肠感觉过敏有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Weikangning Capsule in regulating gastrointestinal hypersensitivity in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods: FD rats were divided into normal group, model group and Weikangning group. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the effects of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and substance P (SP) in antral mucosa of rats. Results: The expressions of CGRP and SP positive neurons in gastric antrum of model group were significantly decreased compared with those in normal group (P <0.01). The expressions of CGRP and SP positive neurons in Weikangning group were significantly higher than those in model group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Weikangning capsule on functional dyspepsia rats is related to the regulation of gastrointestinal sensory hypersensitivity.
