以不同基因型大麦为材料,就麦芽计、MET及愈伤组织低温处理对大麦花粉离体培养的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在含有10%麦芽汁的诱导培养基上花药反应早,诱导率和绿茵率均有不同程度的提高;分化培养基中添加1.5mg/LMET可明显增强幼苗素质;在本试验条件下,以MET0.5~1.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L配合使用(壮苗生极培养),有利于植株地上部与地下部的协调生长;愈伤组织经低温(5~8℃)保存效果良好,为大麦试管苗越夏提供了一条新途径。
Different genotypes of barley were used as materials to study the effects of malt, MET and callus on the pollen in vitro culture of barley.
