校企深度融合的创业型杰出人才培养模式是培养软件创业人才重要方法与手段。分析了国内外创新创业教育现状;构建了校企深度融合的创业型人才培养模式:建立以企业为主导的开放式教学运行和管理体制、构建企业深度参与的课程教学体系、构建校企深度融合的创业教育实践平台。校企深度融合的创业型杰出人才培养提升了高职软件技术专业学生的综合素质,促进了学生高质量就业。
The combination of school-enterprise entrepreneurship outstanding talent training mode is an important method of training software entrepreneurs and means. The status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education both at home and abroad is analyzed. A training model of entrepreneurial talents with in-depth integration between school and enterprise is set up: an enterprise-led open teaching operation and management system is established; a deep teaching system is established; Entrepreneurial education practice platform.
