四年前我们对“垃圾富豪”的报道,让杜茂献这个来自四川巴中的拾荒者一举成名,成为变废为宝、发家致富的典范。后来,杜茂献又成立了自己的垃圾回收处理公司,当上了公司的总经理。事隔几年,如今的“垃圾富豪”怎么样了,他是否靠着北京的城市垃圾成就了更为宏远的目标？当初这些外来拾荒大军带来的社会问题解决了吗？带着这些疑问,我们再次走访了当年引领杜茂献成为“垃圾富豪”的北京市政管委会的高级工程师王维平。
