2001年9月19日,在大庆市益民小区物业管理向社会公开招标中,距该小区60公里的林源物业管理公司,在4家竞标企业中脱颖而出,一举中标,迈出了黑龙江省物业管理市场化的第一步。 林源物业管理公司隶属于中国石油林源炼油厂,负责林源社区住宅的一体化管理。自1996年组建以来,林源物业管理公司积极转变观念,不断探索进取,通过大力进行内部改革和运营机制转换,完成了向社会化、专业化、企业化物业管理模式的转轨,建立了国际质量管理体系和物业管理新模式。
