改革开放以来,我国大力推动建筑行业的发展,各种大型的建筑工程拔地而起,但是在建筑行业快速发展发展的同时,也存在一些不和谐因素,近些年来多次出现的建筑工程事故就是血的证明。为了提高建筑工程的质量,减少建筑工程中的事故发生概率,必须要加强建筑工程管理。本文从五个方面具体分析开了如何加强建筑工程管理,针对不同的方面都提出了建议,希望能够更好的指导建筑工程管理的发展。
