本文尝试对中文、英文两种语言一个谚语多种译法的例子介绍,引导从事翻译工作的同志重视对词语的多义性的研究,从而能够更好地搞好翻译工作。
This article attempts to introduce examples of various translations of a proverb in both Chinese and English and to guide the comrades engaged in translation work to pay attention to the study of the polysemy of words so as to be able to do a better job of translation.
