[目的]了解武城县中小学生常见病及乙型肝炎、肺结核的患病及其变化状况,为进一步采取针对性防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对武城县2004～2008年中小学生常见病检查资料进行分析。[结果]2004～2008年合计检查中小学生185 516人,视力不良罹患率为37.12%,龋齿罹患率为13.63%,营养不良罹患率为10.90%,结核菌素试验阳性率为10.02%,沙眼罹患率为7.21%,肥胖罹患率为4.48%,HBsAg阳性率为2.05%。营养不良营、肥胖、视力不良罹患率均有逐年上升趋势,龋齿、沙眼罹患率和HBsAg阳性率、结核菌素试验阳性率均有逐年下降趋势(P<0.01);营养不良、视力不良罹患率和HBsAg阳性率、结核菌素试验阳性率均有随年级的升高而增加的趋势,沙眼罹患率有随年级的升高逐渐下降的趋势,肥胖罹患率、龋齿罹患率,不同年级的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);营养不良、视力不良、龋齿罹患率男生均低于女生,肥胖罹患率、HBsAg阳性、结核菌素试验阳性率均为男生高于女生(P<0.01);营养不良、龋齿、沙眼罹患率、HBsAg阳性率县城学生低于乡镇学生,视力不良、肥胖罹患率和结核菌素试验阳性率均为县城学生高于乡镇学生(P<0.01)。[结论]武城县中小学生视力不良、营养不良、肥胖罹患率呈逐年上升趋势,龋齿、沙眼罹患率和HB-sAg阳性、结核菌素试验阳性率有大幅度下降。
[Objective] To understand the common diseases of primary and secondary school students in Wucheng County, the prevalence of hepatitis B and tuberculosis and their changes, and provide a scientific basis for further targeted prevention and treatment measures. [Method] The data of common disease examination among primary and middle school students in Wucheng county from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed. [Results] A total of 185 516 primary and secondary school students were examined in 2004-2008. The incidence of poor eyesight was 37.12%, the incidence of dental caries was 13.63%, the incidence of malnutrition was 10.90%, the positive rate of tuberculin test was 10.02%, the incidence of trachoma The rate was 7.21%, the incidence of obesity was 4.48%, and the positive rate of HBsAg was 2.05%. Malnutrition, poor eyesight and dental caries incidence were lower in boys than in girls, and the prevalence of obesity, HBsAg positive and tuberculin test were higher in boys than in girls (P <0.01) Bad, dental caries, trachoma attack rate, HBsAg positive rate of county students was lower than that of township students, poor eyesight, the prevalence of obesity and tuberculin test positive rate were higher than that of county students (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The prevalence of poor eyesight, malnutrition and obesity among primary and middle school students in Wucheng County increased year by year. The prevalence of dental caries, trachoma and HBsAg were positive, and the positive rate of tuberculin test was significantly decreased.
