高校体育教师的职业倦怠受到各种因素的影响,本研究从社会支持因素、组织因素、个人因素、工作期望因素这几个方面进行了分析,力求找出影响高校体育教师职业倦怠的因素。
The job burnout of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is affected by various factors. This study analyzes the factors of social support, organizational, personal and job expectations in order to find out the factors that affect the physical burnout of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.
