目的研究在原发性下肢静脉曲张患者护理中实行优质护理的临床效果。方法采取随机数字表法将该院自2016年3月—2017年3月期间收治的58例原发性下肢静脉曲张患者随机分为两组,为参照组(n=29)以及实验组(n=29),将实行常规护理干预患者作为参照组,将实行优质护理患者作为实验组,观察两组原发性下肢静脉曲张患者临床效果。结果实验组原发性下肢静脉曲张患者临床护理满意度100.00%、疡面消失时间(1.45±0.24)周、皮下血肿消失时间(2.01±0.35)周、小腿麻木感消退时间(3.11±0.21)个月显著优于参照组,组间数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用在原发性下肢静脉曲张围手术期护理中存在确切疗效,可以提升护理满意度,促使患者早日恢复健康。
Objective To study the clinical effects of quality care in the management of patients with primary varicose veins. Methods Fifty-eight patients with primary varicose veins admitted from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (n = 29) and experimental group (n = = 29). The routine nursing intervention patients were taken as the reference group, and the patients with high quality nursing were taken as the experimental group to observe the clinical effect of the two groups of patients with primary varicose veins. Results The satisfaction rate of clinical nursing in patients with primary varicose veins in the experimental group was 100.00%, the disappearance time of ulcers (1.45 ± 0.24), the disappearance of subcutaneous hematoma (2.01 ± 0.35) weeks, the calf numbness regress (3.11 ± 0.21) Month was significantly better than the reference group, the data between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing in the perioperative nursing of primary varicose veins has the exact effect, which can improve the satisfaction of nursing and promote the early return of patients’ health.
