通过对21 例误服含有氟乙酰胺灭鼠剂而中毒的脑电图分析,探讨本病中脑电图在临床脑功能评价中的应用。方法:采用日本4418 型脑电图仪对急性中毒患儿中毒后及恢复期进行脑电图检查。结果:脑电图正常4 例,异常17例,异常率为80.95 % 。结论:表明氟乙酰胺主要引起中枢神经系统的损害,脑电图对评价急性氟乙酰胺中毒引起的脑功能损害及估计预后,有较重要的价值,值得临床应用。
The EEG analysis of 21 patients who were poisoned by fluoroacetamide rodenticide was investigated to explore the application of EEG in the evaluation of clinical brain function. Methods: The Japanese 4418 EEG was used to detect the EEG after the poisoning and recovery in children with acute poisoning. Results: EEG normal in 4 cases, abnormal in 17 cases, the abnormal rate was 80.95%. CONCLUSIONS: Fluoroacetamide mainly causes central nervous system damage. EEG has more important value in evaluating brain function damage and estimating prognosis caused by acute fluoroacetamide poisoning, which is worthy of clinical application.
