加速产程进展、减少产妇的痛苦是所有产科工作者一直在努力探索的问题。我院自１９９１年开始第一产程中静脉推注安定，明显缩短了第一产程，解除了产妇精神紧张，取得了满意的效果。现将我院的临床应用及观察情况总结报道如下：１ 资料和方法我们将１９９７年８月～１９９８
Accelerating labor progress and reducing maternal pain are problems that all obstetricians have been trying to explore. Our hospital since 1991, the first stage of intravenous bolus stability, significantly shortening the first stage of labor, lifting the maternal mental stress and achieved satisfactory results. Now our hospital’s clinical application and observation of the situation reported as follows: 1 Materials and Methods We will be in August 1997 ~ 1998
