本文介绍的血清碱性蛋白电泳,是一种快速,简便而经济的肿瘤筛选方法。恶性肿瘤患者血清中的碱性蛋白是与血浆γ-球蛋白形成一种复合物,在pH2.0条件下,使此复合物解离,按常法进行乙酸纤维素薄膜电泳,癌症患者在点样原点有条特异的肿瘤碱性蛋白带,正常人则无。检测300例正常人均为阴性,检测800例经临床确诊为各种恶性肿瘤患者血清,癌症总阳性率73%,101例包块和咳血待查患者SBPE结果与病理检查证实为癌症的阳性符合率78.7%,测定1409例各种良性疾病,假阳性9.8%。
