患者男,68岁。因左下腹肿块伴隐痛和消瘦8个月,于1988年6月7日入院。5年前曾行降结肠系膜纤维瘤切除术。体验,头、颈和胸部无异常。腹平软,肝脾未触及,无移动性浊音。左下腹可及7×6cm肿块,中等硬,稍活动,表面不平,边界尚清,有轻度压痛。上消化道钡餐未见器质性病变。钡灌肠见降结肠与乙状结肠交界处约9cm长,肠管受压移向右上方。逆行性尿路造影见左侧输尿管中下1/3段向内侧推移。B超示左下腹实性肿块。水试验~+++。术中见肿瘤位于左侧髂窝腹膜后,将乙
Male patient, 68 years old. He was admitted to the hospital on June 7, 1988 due to abdominal pain and weight loss in the left lower abdomen for 8 months. Five years ago, he underwent a resection of mesenteric fibroids. Experience no abnormalities in head, neck and chest.
