Copepods play a key role in the material circulation and energy flow in the marine ecosystem, and their population changes affect the changes in primary production and the consumption of plankton-eating fish. At the same time, as part of the copepods ovum and nauplii are a variety of economic fish larvae opening bait, so as a breeding bait development at home and abroad have also attracted attention. Acartia sp. Distributes in coastal waters around the world and is highly adaptable. Many species have mechanisms for resting eggs in response to changes in environmental conditions. Spindle mites have been widely used as bait for larvae and have been applied in Australia, Japan and other regions (Ikeda, 1973; Schipp et al., 1999; McKinnon et al., 2003).
