本文对我院1985年至1994年收治的胃癌中50例有锁骨上淋巴结转移的病例进行临床分析,结果,胃癌锁骨上淋巴结转移与性别密切相关,而与年令,发病至确诊时间及症状无关。指出,胃癌的淋巴结转移可能与体内性激素有关,须待进一步实验证实。
This article clinically analyzed 50 patients with supraclavicular lymph node metastasis in our hospital from 1985 to 1994. The results showed that the gastric supraclavicular lymph node metastasis was closely related to gender, but not related to age, onset-to-definite diagnosis time and symptoms. . It is pointed out that the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer may be related to sex hormones in vivo and it needs to be confirmed by further experiments.
