1月26日一27日召开的广东全省农村工作会议已经对如何加强统筹城乡发展作了明确部署。会议提出要以规划一体化为突破口,打破城乡二元地域分割,并祭出七大招数引导城乡空间有序融合:以产业一体化为手段,打破城乡二元分工体制,促进城乡产业联动发展。以基础设施一体化为保障,打破城乡二元建设体制,推进城乡生产生活同质化。以城乡资源配置一体化为切入点,打破城乡二元分配格局,推动城乡要素优化组合。以城乡公共服务一体化为目标,打破城乡二元供给体制,追求城乡公共服务均等化。以城乡就业社保一体化为重点,打破城乡二元保障制度,力促城乡保障并轨。以生态文明建设一体化为支持,打破城乡二元环保机制,注重城乡环境共同改善。以社会管理一体化为着力点,打破城乡二元管理机制,维护城乡和谐稳定。
