萍乡课改至今已有十多年了,一度经历了目标教学课堂和以学生为主体的自主创新课堂。教材也几度更换,由最初的人教版到北师大版,又到新人教版,再到新北师大版。随着改革大潮的到来,教师的观念发生了根本的变化,教学方法也在改变。各个学校纷纷派各科骨干教师外出培训学习,取经,回来介绍经验。我们学校更是不甘落后,不惜财力物力,先后派出几十人到山东学习杜郎口模式,到即墨二十八中学习和谐互助模式。由于杜郎口模式只
