从一例急粒单核细胞型白血病病人周围血建立一细胞系。讯据形态、组化及电镜观察具原始单核细胞及单核组织细胞特点。玫瑰花形成试验及PHA 和ConA 刺激后~3H-TJR 掺入情况,提示不是淋巴细胞。染色体异常、生长迅速及分裂指数较高表明此细胞系具恶性特征。
A cell line was established from the peripheral blood of a patient with acute myelomonocytic leukemia. Data according to morphology, histochemistry and electron microscopy with primitive mononuclear cells and mononuclear cells characteristics. Rose formation test and ~ 3H-TJR incorporation after PHA and ConA stimulation, suggesting that it is not lymphocytes. Chromosomal abnormalities, rapid growth and high divisions indicate that the cell line has malignant features.
