努尔·白克力表示,我国是社会主义法制国家,法律的尊严不容践踏,人民的利益不容侵犯。任何破坏社会秩序、危害人民生命财产安全的犯罪行为,都必将受到法律的惩处。这是国际社会普遍认同的一个基本价值,也是一个负责任的政府必须承担的责任。新疆的发展进步有目共睹。我们将紧紧抓住党中央、国务院作出促进新疆跨越式发展、实现长治久安重大战略部署的历史性机遇,在党中央的领导和全国人民的支持下,团结带领全疆各族人民,艰苦奋斗,开拓创新,谱写新疆各族人民美好生活的新篇章。新疆未来的前景一定会更加美好。

Any criminal act that destroys the social order and endangers people’s lives and property will surely be punished by law.
