基于平面四杆机构和空间六杆机构运动的确定性原理,研制了一种面向虚拟制造和装配的机械电子式数据手套。介绍了数据手套的原理、标定和可视化的研究,给出了该数据手套的性能、优缺点和试验数据。
Based on the deterministic principle of planar four-bar mechanism and space six-bar mechanism, a mechanical and electronic data glove for virtual manufacturing and assembly is developed. The principle, calibration and visualization of data gloves are introduced. The performance, advantages, disadvantages and experimental data of the data gloves are given.
