合理完善的绩效考核方式能起到调动医护人员工作积极性的作用,对于保障工作与医疗服务质量有着重要意义。而结合实际情况可以发现,当前大部分医院医院考核制度仅存在于形式上,未发挥出该制度的积极作用。本文就主要正对医院绩效考核制度中存在的问题进行分析,并结合笔者在该领域多年研究经验,给出部分建议。
A reasonable and perfect performance appraisal method can play a role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of medical staff and is of great significance for guaranteeing the quality of work and medical services. The actual situation can be found that most of the current hospital hospital assessment system exists only in the form, did not play a positive role in the system. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the hospital performance appraisal system, and gives some suggestions according to my years of research experience in this field.
