本文报道了低放废水蒸残液的水泥固化基础配方及其固化体性能的研究结果。结果表明,水泥浆的流动度、初凝时间均随水灰比、盐灰比的增大而增大,抗压强度则随其增大而降低。推荐的两个固化配方流动度达0.20m以上,固化体抗压强度大于9MPa,42d时总β和(137) ̄Cs累积浸出分数在无添加剂时分别为(1.9—2.4)×10 ̄(-1)和(1,5—2.4)×10 ̄(-1)cm;添加15%(wt)斜发沸石(剂灰比=0.15)时分别为7.2×10 ̄(-3)和1.0×10 ̄(-2)cm。
This paper reports the results of research on the basic cement curing formula and the properties of solidified body of low-level waste water residue. The results show that the fluidity and the initial setting time of cement slurry increase with the increase of water-cement ratio and salt-to-ash ratio, while the compressive strength of cement slurry decreases with the increase of cement content. The recommended fluidity of the two curing formulations is more than 0.20m, the compressive strength of the cured body is greater than 9MPa, the cumulative beta and (137) Cs cumulative leaching fractions at 42d are (1.9-2.4) × 10 ~ (-1) and (1,5 ~ 2.4) × 10 ~ (-1) cm respectively. The addition of 15% (wt) clinoptilolite × 10 ~ (-3) and 1.0 × 10 ~ (-2) cm.
