1 引言 核电厂的安全和可用率是由合理设计的承担不同功能的各个系统(以及合适的运行程序和合格的运行人员)来保证的。构成系统的各个部件对核安全以及电力生产具有不同程度的重要性,对各种内部和外部事件也具有不同程度的敏感性。这就需要对核电厂的物项进行分级。合理的物项分级以及对不同级别物项采用不同的设计、建造、检验和质保要求是实现核电厂设计意图和降低建造成本的重要保障。 因而可以说,物项分级是核电厂标准体系中具有普遍意义的关键课题。从标准化这一角度对物项分级进行研究,对建立自洽的核电厂
1 INTRODUCTION The safety and availability of nuclear power plants are guaranteed by properly designed systems (with suitable operating procedures and qualified personnel) that perform different functions. The components that make up the system are of varying degrees of importance to nuclear safety and power production and to varying degrees of sensitivity to various internal and external events. This requires the classification of nuclear power plant items. Reasonable classification of items and the use of different design, construction, inspection and warranty requirements for different levels of items are important guarantees for the design intent of nuclear power plants and the reduction of construction costs. Therefore, it can be said that item classification is a key issue of universal significance in the nuclear power plant standard system.
