目的:了解儿童保健系统管理及早期教育对婴幼儿生长发育的影响,为促进儿童健康提供科学依据。方法:将濮阳市第三人民医院2005年1~3月出生的正常新生儿,按是否参加系统管理及早期教育指导分为观察组和对照组,定期进行生长发育测评,随访观察至2岁,对结果进行统计分析。结果:观察组在体格发育、智能发育方面优于对照组,身高体重差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<.001)。智力发育指数(MD I)和运动发育指数(PD I)差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),且观察组患病率明显下降。结论:开展儿童保健系统管理是基础,早期教育对婴幼儿生长发育有明显促进作用,可有效保护儿童健康。
Objective: To understand the impact of child health system management and early education on the growth and development of infants and young children, and to provide a scientific basis for promoting children’s health. Methods: The normal newborn born in Puyang Third People’s Hospital from January to March 2005 were divided into observation group and control group according to whether to participate in the system management and early education guidance. The growth and development were evaluated regularly. The follow-up observation was 2 years old, Statistical analysis of the results. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in physical development and intelligence development, and the difference of body weight and height was significant (P <0.05 or P <.001). There were significant differences in the mental development index (MD I) and motor development index (PD I) (P <0.01), and the prevalence of the observation group decreased significantly. Conclusion: It is the foundation to carry out child health care system management. Early education can significantly promote the growth and development of infants and young children, which can effectively protect the health of children.
