目的:了解百色市是否出现氟中毒或者出现氟缺乏,针对情况采取解决方法。方法:采用氟离子选择电极法对百色市部分农产品和饮用水以及常居百色市的右江民族医学院16名21岁学生的尿液进行氟含量的测定。结果:尿液中氟的平均含量为0.408 mg/L,最大值为0.600 mg/L,最小值为0.184 mg/L。番茄、芒果、青瓜平均氟含量为0.184 mg/L,最大值为0.380 mg/L,最小值为0.064 mg/L。自来水中氟含量为0.064mg/L。结论:百色市处于一个氟安全地区。
OBJECTIVE: To understand whether there is fluorosis or fluoride deficiency in Baise City and how to deal with the situation. Methods: The fluorine content of urine of 16 21-year-old students living in some agricultural products and drinking water in Baise city and Youjiang nationality medical school in Baise city were measured by fluoride ion selective electrode method. Results: The average content of fluoride in urine was 0.408 mg / L, the maximum was 0.600 mg / L and the minimum was 0.184 mg / L. The average fluorine content in tomato, mango and cucumber was 0.184 mg / L, the maximum was 0.380 mg / L and the minimum was 0.064 mg / L. Fluorine content in tap water is 0.064mg / L. Conclusion: Baise City is in a fluoride-safe area.
