本工作按常规方法将工业纯钛(TA2)、α-钛合金(TA7)和α+β两相钛合金(TC4)制成金相试样后,在其表面进行成膜试验。所成的膜在光的干涉作用下产生彩色效应。 文中详细介绍了在金相试样表面生成的三种薄膜:氧化膜、沉淀膜和附加膜的试验方法和试验条件,在金相显微镜上用明场观察了其彩色效应,并摄制了彩色照片予以说明。最后,对试验结果进行了比较和讨论。
In this work, the metallographic samples of industrial pure titanium (TA2), α-titanium alloy (TA7) and α + β two-phase titanium alloy (TC4) were prepared according to a conventional method and then film- The resulting film produces a color effect under the action of light interference.
