我国高校图书馆尚未建立科学合理的学科馆员的选拔制度。本文在分析目前学科馆员的选拔条件、选拔范围和选拔方式等方面的现状及问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策与建议。
China’s university library has not yet established a scientific and rational discipline librarian selection system. Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of the current selection conditions, selection scope and selection methods of subject librarians, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
