婴儿腹泻是儿科一种常见的疾病,给婴幼儿身体带来很大痛苦;腹痛、腹胀呕吐、便数增多,给予抗菌素治疗和口服药物效果很不明显,近几年来,我科通过“654-2”足三里穴位注射治疗婴幼儿腹泻取得了明显的疗效,现报导如下:患儿,男,18个月,腹泻三天,均有蛋花样或水样便,次数每天达5—10次.最多达15次,患儿均有不同脱水,精神状态欠佳,食欲不振,面色苍白.经过采取“654-2”足三里穴位注射,每公斤体重0.2—0.3mg 加注射用水0.5—1.0ml,注射每日1—2次,
