我采写的短新闻《火车嗓门变小了》获得了中国企业报新闻奖二等奖。回想采写经过,这篇稿子是从一次工程验收会上“拣来”的。北京铁路局环保办请我参加北京站外声屏障工程验收会,主要任务是替他们拍一些资料照片。这是一个很一般的专业验收会议,开始时并没有打算写稿。但是,在拍摄照片的间隙,我听到了一些与会者的发言,透过那些枯燥的专业术语和数字,我却渐渐感觉到了一种振奋。原来,这个工程解决的是,一个在北京市和铁道部挂号多年的老大
